A call from anywhere in Australia will be answered by our operators 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The operator who takes your call will dispatch the closest available assistance while you are on the phone. We do not use automated telephone services.
AWA's comprehensive mapping program covers Australia so the individual breakdown and closest service provider locations are quickly established, When a call for assistance is received, this service provider network system enables our trained operators to locate and dispatch the nearest assistance and within minutes give the caller an estimated time of arrival. Our specially designed database system also includes locksmiths, service repair vans equipped with batteries for sale and can be expanded to suit other requirements. All relevant information is keyed into our computer to confirm individual customer registrations, service provider information and callout details.
We also have the ability to provide referrals and information in the form of alternate contact details in the event of a major car accident, insurance or legal issues or other automotive related queries.
